First Time Home Buyer Grants

Remember, a first time home buyer is defined as a family or individual who has never owned or had ownership intent of a home within the past three years.   • No requirement to pay back the housing grant and it is not a 2nd mortgage.
  • Qualified members of the U.S. military (active and Veterans) are eligible for an additional 1% of down payment assistance.
